Put your passion, drive and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader. We're hiring a skilled Staff IT Site Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team. This is a hybrid role going in to our Denver, CO office 3 days a week. Reporting to the Director, IT Operations, Digital Employee Experience, you will: + Respond promptly to IT support requests, providing efficient troubleshooting and resolution for technology-related issues, and deliver hands-on technical support both in-person and remotely for computer systems, applications, software, and hardware + Manage the full lifecycle of employee equipment, including setup, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and peripherals + Install, configure, and maintain standard hardware and software according to company specifications + Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues + Support and maintain conference room technologies, Zoom meeting services, and printers and maintain accurate inventory of all IT equipment, software licenses, and assets **What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)** + Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation + Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system for managing and tracking support requests + Experience supporting both Windows and MacOS operating systems + Proficiency with Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft Office applications + U.S. citizenship required to support FedRamp **What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)** + Experience with Zoom Room equipment setup and troubleshooting + Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including subnets, DNS, DHCP, and WiFi technologies + Experience with IT asset management systems and knowledge of IT security best practices \#LI-Hybrid \#LI-BH1 Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
