Welcome to the Cambria Hotel Nashville Midtown, a dynamic property within the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio. Located in the vibrant heart of Music City, this boutique hotel features 159 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and over 3,000 sq. ft. of versatile meeting & event space, ideal for hosting board meetings, intimate gatherings and events.

Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for prompt, courteous service to bar and lobby guests by serving food and drinks, and maintenance of the area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Take, mix and serve drink orders.

· Interact with guests and creates a welcoming atmosphere.

· Record all sales using the appropriate register and follow all cash handling procedures. Maintain cash bank, guest checks and process all guest payments according to established procedures.

· Completes open, close and side duties including: cleaning tables, stocking supplies, wash and stock glassware, and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area.

· Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Follow all safety and hygiene standards.

· Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.

· Performs all other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS:

· Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds.

· Knowledge of local and state alcohol laws.

· Knowledge of all drink types.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $8.00/Hr. - $8.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
