Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Lead for our client in Fontana, CA. This is an opportunity to join a growing distribution company with strong career advancement potential.

• Location: Fontana, CA
• Pay: $25–$26/hr + DOE
• Shifts Available: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in managing inbound and outbound warehouse operations to meet daily goals.
• Track inventory and process logistics documentation with accuracy.
• Coordinate with Operations and Freight Forwarders for seamless order fulfillment.
• Support inventory reconciliation, procurement, and office administration tasks.
• Collect and analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Proficient with WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics, scheduling, and office admin support.
