You'll play a pivotal role in training new recruits, particularly in positions that include Packaging Associates and Operator Specialists. Your task is to ensure a smooth learning journey, adapting to each individual's speed without compromising on quality or safety.

Core Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training coordination with Team Leaders and Supervisors, while engaging with the Operations Manager and HR.
• Provide guidance on safe work methods and maintain supervision over training quality and efficiency.
• Manage training programs, sessions, documentation, and performance assessments.

Growth and Skills Requirement:

• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ready to work flexible hours and various shifts as needed.
• Adept in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in industrial environments with a strong performance record.
• Strong mentoring capabilities for leader and peer coaching.

Physical Expectations:

• Tasks requiring physical activity like lifting, moving, and climbing are frequent.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and adhere to a rotating shift schedule.
