Highly Respected winery in Napa is looking for an experienced trade marketing manager to plan and execute national trade and shopper marketing strategies across on & off and Ecomm channels in close coordination with internal and external creative, media, and marketing teams, and wholesale and distributor sales teams and retail partners. This is a full-time on-site role with up to 25% travel.

The ideal candidate will be highly creative, self-driven, curious, analytical, detail-oriented and an exceptional team player.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years in trade marketing (wine preferred) with experience developing and executing TM plans across multiple channels
- Fluent across Consumer, Trade and DTC marketing channels and media.
- Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as required
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Authorization to work in the US
