Seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Programmer to lead development configuration deployment and support of enterprise applications and integrations. This role supports multiple business units and requires strong expertise in Microsoft development Power Platform and supporting tools.
Develop configure administer and support:
Microsoft Power Apps (Model-Driven Canvas PCF Controls)
.NET applications
Power BI dashboards and reports
SharePoint solutions
Lead application deployment strategies in alignment with State standards.
Coordinate with technical teams to implement required infrastructure (databases servers etc.).
Implement integrations with enterprise architecture services APIs and identity management systems.
Develop failover and recovery processes to meet service-level requirements.
Build integration and audit validation strategies for compliance and traceability.
Work with business and technical SMEs to gather requirements and support testing and implementation activities.
3 years experience in any combination of:
Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas)
PCF Controls
Power Automate
Power BI
5 years experience in any combination of:
C#
Core
JavaScript
HTML/CSS
Entity Framework
Experience deploying Power BI dashboards for public use.
Proficiency with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps (including source control & pipelines).
Experience with SSIS SSRS and/or SQL Server (T-SQL).
Experience implementing solutions within Louisiana state government environments.
Experience leading client engagements across full lifecycle: strategy design implementation maintenance.
Experience leading development teams.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Power Platform Developer Associate
Power Platform App Maker Associate
Microsoft D365 Fundamentals
Dynamics CRM Specialist or Deployment certifications
