Your Impact as an Application Engineer:

Dive into this dynamic role to provide expert technical support to EVAL and Plantic customers. Bridge your technical acumen with exceptional customer service and innovation as you develop applications for cutting-edge barrier technologies.

• Client Support: Act as a key technical contact for vital accounts, collaborating meticulously with Sales teams and ensuring superior technical assistance through multiple channels.
• Innovation Leadership: Convert market insights into savvy technical metrics for revolutionary product development.
• Trailblazing Developments: Propose and create viable innovations for barrier products across industries, pioneering solutions with notable intellectual property potential.
• Project Leadership: Spearhead technical projects aligning with global strategy, whilst nurturing innovative testing approaches.
• Data-driven Insights: Analyze complex data, identifying pivotal business impacts, competitive threats, and proposing groundbreaking product ideas.
• Expanding Expertise: Propel the technical capabilities of the EVAL TS&D group, recommending equipment to align with evolving markets.
• Travel Opportunity: Be prepared to travel up to 40% to LATAM, interfacing with global partners.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent engineering domain (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or polymer science
• Minimum three years in polymer processing: product development, manufacturing, or technical service.
• Proficiency with EVOH & structural properties of polymers.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and an innate curiosity.
• The talent to bring emerging technologies to commercial fruition.
• A valid driver's license is required.
