Entry-Level Field Development Rep (FDR)
Location: Fort Myers, Florida

Your Day-to-Day:

- Knock doors in pre-assigned neighborhoods
- Start natural conversations with homeowners
- Set appointments for Account Executives (AEs)
- Hit weekly appointment goals and quality standards
- Join daily team huddles and growth trainings

- Comfortable being outdoors and on your feet
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Consistent, driven, and goal-oriented
- 18+ with reliable transportation and a smartphone
