Job Summary:
LCG’s Growth Team is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager. The client is in promoting financial stability by collecting and standardizing data, conducting research, developing risk measurement tools, and assisting regulatory agencies. This role involves managing complex projects within the client database, ensuring compliance with federal policies, and driving strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience.
PMI certification or equivalent required.
Preference for Knowledge Management and Change Management certifications.
Agile and Scrum certifications preferred.
ITIL or similar service management certification is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Office.
Experience in consulting with cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of contingency planning for federal information systems.
Expertise in creating and implementing knowledge management and change frameworks.
Preference for experience in Agile project environments.
Experience managing federal government projects, particularly within financial regulatory agencies.
Strong background in governance frameworks and risk management methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits
The projected compensation targe salary for this position is $185,900 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary target provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
