The Residential Concierge greets residents and visitors and provides a professional and welcoming environment at high profile residential client site. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Customer service, greet residents and guests to the residential complex in a welcoming and professional manner at all times + Direct food delivery personnel to the residential apartment + Accept packages as needed for residents or directs delivery to the correct apartment + Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security or safety hazards **QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):** + High school diploma or equivalent + No prior experience required + Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision + Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills + Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new and customer-specific applications + Attention to detail + Customer service skills **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):** + Customer service or hospitality experience in a residential community or hotel setting **BENEFITS:** + Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance + Enrollment in our company's 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirements + Seven holidays annually paid at time and a half, if worked + 40 hours of vacation after one year of employment at eligible work assignments.
