This position provides professional registered nurse services in a long-term care, skilled nursing care facility. This position will assess the needs of the residents, suggest appropriate nursing interventions, implement orders and routines, and deliver skilled nursing care. This position may also coordinate, delegate, and review work of other nursing staff members.
This posting will be used to fill a PART-TIME (0.60) and primarily EVENING shift vacancy at the Minnesota Veterans Homes (MVH) - Minneapolis. The work schedule will include at least 48 hours per 2-week pay period and may include additional work hours, based on business needs.
** The position is initially eligible for the partial employer contribution towards health and dental insurance benefits.
** The position is initially eligible for shift differential pay of $2.75 per hour for hours worked between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
