**Responsibilities** **Our next RN Residency program start date will begin September 20th, 2025** . Completion will be based on 100% validation of competencies during your clinical hours. Our target candidates are baccalaureate-prepared nurses who have graduated within one year prior to the start of the program, and who have not previously worked as a registered nurse or interim permittee. **Application period is openMay 1st through May 14th, 2025 at 11:59 PM (** **_ONLY_** **)** **.** Applications must be received by the deadline, no exceptions. If you are selected for an interview, you will be required to bring the original documents with you to the interview. _Again, all necessary requirements must be met before the applicant will be considered for an interview._ Only those applications submitted electronically will be considered. **Qualifications** **Required** + Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing within the past 12 months from start of program (Gradution 10/2024 or after). + 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience. + An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state they will be practicing (interim permits cannot be accepted) upon hire. + Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required prior to start of program. + Additional Certifications to be required based on department selection.
