Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, support their medical needs, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients according to established policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs, conditions, and responses to treatment.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or changes in patient condition.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience .
• Current BLS/CPR certification .
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible PRN hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
