What We Are Looking For We are highly selective. We don’t just hire "bodies"; we hire professionals who are ready to commit to a high-production career. • Commitment & Stability: We look for agents who view real estate as a long-term career. A history of commitment to your growth and your brokerage is essential. • Growth Mindset: 2026 will reward the "Lean In" agent. You must be coachable, tech-savvy, and ready to embrace A.I. tools. • Active CA License: You must hold an active California Real Estate License. • The "Human" Element: While we love tech, real estate is a people business. We want agents who are empathetic, honest, and display high levels of integrity. Responsibilities: • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal. • Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales. • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth. • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process. • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from the client about potential homes. • Follow up with leads to increase sales. Qualifications: • Must have an Active Real Estate License. • Must reside in or around the Newport Office - For Training and in-office meetings. • Willingness to engage in an extensive training program designed for success. • A team-oriented mindset, where knowledge-sharing is encouraged. • Enthusiasm to work in a dynamic and energetic atmosphere. • Full-time availability to both buyers and sellers as leads come in.
