*This position is based out of our Fort Myers, FL location and is eligible for a hybrid schedule after the probationary period.

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Quality Assurance Associate reviews and provides approvals for new investments to be onboarded. Works across departments on reviewing various transactions and sales opportunities. Records errors found while processing transaction approvals. Supports the Quality Assurance Leads by monitoring the team inbox, dashboard and files, taking the appropriate follow up actions.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Performs preliminary review of new assets to determine administrative feasibility
• Reviews submitted transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to Equity Trust Policies and Procedures
• Monitors team inbox and files
• Creates cases for death and divorce accounts
• Reviews and properly labels files and creates tasks or cases for necessary follow-up actions
• Performs routine maintenance of filtered results found on shared reports
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Administrative Review, Auditing or similar role
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with and an understanding of the following:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Salesforce or similar CRM software (User Only)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
