We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic, patient-first team. This full-time, W-2 position offers a hybrid work schedule, blending telehealth from your home office with in-person sessions at our Wellesley, MA location. In this role, you will provide medication management to patients navigating psychiatric and medical diagnoses.
As a physician-led, private practice, we specialize in offering integrated psychiatric and counseling services to a diverse range of high-functioning adults. Our patients benefit from strong family and community support networks and are actively engaged in pursuing treatment for their mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and manage ongoing treatment plans for patients.
· Build strong, supportive relationships with patients to foster trust and therapeutic engagement.
· Follow a full-time hybrid schedule, offering flexibility between telehealth and in-person appointments.
· Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychologists, therapists, medical assistants, and administrative staff. (Note: No supervisory responsibilities for other clinicians are expected.)
Qualifications:
· Ability to practice independently and without supervision
· Master’s degree in nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health from an accredited program.
· Board Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP).
· Valid Massachusetts nursing license and DEA certificate (or willingness to obtain both).
· Prior experience in psychiatric medication management.
· Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
