We are looking for an Project Management Specialist for Electrical Products **.** This position reports to the Lead Project Manager, Project Management Organization. The successful candidate will interface with both internal and external customers to execute projects within critical hyperscale datacenter programs. This position is on-site with less than 20% travel required.
**Associate Project Manager must possess the following capabilities:**

+ Accountability & Responsibility for Results Understand the difference between fault and responsibility throughout the life of the project and accept ultimate accountability for project results.
**You will make impact with the following responsibilities:**
+ Project Managers as required on high complexity, large-scale projects
+ Accountable for commercial, technical, engineering, and scheduling aspects of intricate/highly technical electrical distribution equipment projects at the direction of the project manager
+ Review quality documents and submit to project stakeholders
+ Assists with external facing coordination of equipment deliveries with site personnel including general contractors and electrical contractors.
+ Ensure efficient progression of orders from PO Submittal through on-site commissioning
+ Promptly resolve post-shipment issues through prioritization and comprehensive communication strategies and manual line management
+ Collaborate with entire order value chain to deliver exceptional customer experience
+ Ensure all required project documentation is submitted according to required timelines and adheres to customer defined specifications
+ Develop change order proposals as part of managing the overall project.
+ Collaborate with team members to solve for complex technical design issues and challenges.
+ Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high impact, complex and/or cross-functional problems.
+ Complies with Siemens policies and procedures.
**You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ BS in engineering, construction, building construction management, business administration or general business.
+ 3 plus years of experience in project management or project administration including direct industry (General Contractor, Electrical Contractor, Electrical Equipment).
+ Experience with the application and concepts of Electrical Products.
+ Proficiency within Microsoft Office 365.
+ Proficiency with PDF editing tools.
+ Must be eligible to work in the US without no sponsorship now or in the future.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
+ 5+ years of successful experience in a related field.
+ Intermediate COMPAS configuration experience of Siemens equipment (e.g., P1-P5, SB1-SB3).
+ COMPAS equipment configuration experience with Siemens equipment (strongly preferred).
+ Experience working for/with electrical contractors/distributors.
+ Familiarity with electrical specifications and submittal/O&M standards.
+ Smartsheet experience a plus (not required but will need to pick up utilizing the tool quickly).

+ The pay range for this position is $73,500 - $126,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
