ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Lynn Architects is a young and fast-growing firm in Chicago’s western suburbs. Located in the middle of downtown Westmont, the office is a mere block from the Westmont BNSF Metra Station. We approach architecture with a strong construction background and enjoy tackling projects with an eye for the end user and the contractor alike. We do both small commercial and residential architecture of a variety of scales but our primary focus is single-family residential including new single-family homes, additions, renovations, and gut rehabs. ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for a full-time entry-level architect or graduate who can assist with developing drawings for new single-family homes, additions, renovations, and periodic commercial projects. Someone that is willing and able to survey existing spaces, draw existing conditions, develop schematic drawings, and create construction sets would be appreciated.
