Power Electronics Engineer ( Electrical Power Systems Engineer ) :
- Design, test, and validate inverter and converter power electronics, control systems, and various aux. components for traction / propulsion / etc applications ( railway rolling stock, light rail vehicles, electric-powered off-road vehicles for mining / construction, etc )
Required Qualifications ( Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications ) : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE)Screening questions :
1) Do you have hands on experience in architecting/designing and controlling inverters, AC-DC, DC-AC, DC-DC converters ?2) Do you have experiencing sizing switching devices and filter components ?
3) Do you have experience in comparing, analyzing, understanding and controlling the characteristics and performance of silicon vs silicon carbide switching devices for applications mentioned in question #1?
