Pharmacy Clerk * Contract to Hire *
Location: Pine Brook, NJ
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience
Overtime: Occasionally required, including some holidays
About the Role:
We’re hiring a Pharmacy Clerk to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team. You'll be responsible for packing prescription medications and supporting warehouse and shipping operations. This role is physically active and essential to ensuring timely, accurate medication deliveries.
Responsibilities:
Pack prescription medications (manual, semi-automated, and automated methods)
Prepare and stock packing stations (coolers, ice packs, labels, bags)
Perform daily box prep and coordinate shipping logistics
Sort and transport packed orders to shipping, mail, and courier areas
Create or correct shipping labels as needed
Additional Duties May Include:
Store medications properly, including refrigerated products
Monitor and calibrate pharmacy equipment
Restock dispensing units and update inventory in the system
Receive and verify inventory shipments
Conduct cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (required)
2+ years of experience in a warehouse, pharmacy, or similar environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail
Team player with a reliable work ethic
