Part-Time Nanny in Miami FL

Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM or 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (25–30 hours/week)
Compensation: $30–$35/hour (Approx. $39,000–$54,600 annually, depending on final schedule and rate)
Benefits: Paid time off, sick/personal days, holidays

A professional family in is seeking a nurturing, experienced part-time nanny to care for their 8-month-old baby girl. Looking for a reliable and engaging caregiver who can provide consistent support during weekday mornings, with occasional evening flexibility if needed (with advance notice). The family plans to grow, so they are looking for someone interested in a long-term position.

Responsibilities include:

• Feeding and preparing simple meals/snacks for the baby
• Taking the baby for strolls and getting outside regularly
• Providing developmental support through age-appropriate play and interaction
• Helping maintain a clean and organized environment for the baby
• Supporting sleep routines and sleep training (a plus, not required)

• Being a warm, present, and attentive caregiver

Qualification:

• Excellent communicator
• Has experience with infants and is confident managing developmental stages
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule and able to occasionally work evenings with notice
• Tdap vaccinated
• Provide 3-5 professional references

• Must have U.S. work authorization
