Modern Family Law , a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a driven, compassionate, and experienced hybrid Managing Attorney to join our talented team in our Bellevue office.
We are seeking a Managing Attorney to oversee the day-to-day operations in our Bellevue office while handling diverse family law cases and making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. This position is critical in ensuring the productivity and profitability of the office by balancing legal expertise, team mentorship, and operational management. Compensation: $160,000 base + generous bonuses and commissions tied to billing and office profitability. Additionally, we are currently offering a $25,000 signing bonus for this role. The structure presented is a reliable estimate of the base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance with an optional Health Savings Account (HSA), short-term disability, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k) Retirement Plan, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
