Insight Global is seeking a Hybrid Commercial Title Examiner to join an industry-leading title company. This role combines technical expertise in commercial title examination with on-site client support. The ideal candidate will provide guidance to local offices, assist with complex title-related inquiries, and ensure smooth operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support to local offices 2-3 days per week, addressing questions and assisting with title-related processes.
- Perform commercial title examinations on a limited basis, including:
○ Reviewing, copying, and summarizing recorded documents affecting property title.
○ Independently examining title to real property of varying complexity to determine status and establish chain of title.
- Collaborate with teams handling high-liability commercial files, typically valued at $10M+.
Maintain accuracy and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial title examination with strong understanding of title processes and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex title issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for on-site client support.
Must reside near one of the following NCS offices: Minneapolis, MN
