Accurate Documentation: Complete patient documentation per department policies and procedures. Medication Management: Explain medications to patients, ensuring they understand the name, action, and potential side effects before administration. Order Verification: Ensure all orders are correctly and completely verified, with critical lab values communicated and documented. Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing education activities to continually improve your nursing practice. Compliance: Meet annual compliance training, license, and certification renewal requirements without reminders. Flexible Scheduling: Adhere to self-scheduling guidelines and be flexible with changes as needed.Your Expertise Infusion Pro: Experienced in conducting infusions, assessments, SQ injections, and patient training. Specialized Skills: Proficient with infusions, pumps, titration, and IVIG, as well as peripheral, PICC line, and Mediport IV insertion. Requirements: Hold an unrestricted RN license in Texas with a minimum of 2 years of infusion administration experience. License/Certification: Must have a TX RN license.
