About This Role As the Graphic Designer, you are responsible for the creative execution of concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including direct mail, catalogs, trade show environments, signage, corporate communications, branding, campaigns, email and more. You will work alongside your design and copy peers and will produce visually compelling concepts that are on brand, execute to the creative strategy, and ensure that projects are completed on established scheduled targets. You have a growth mindset, can operate in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable navigating in the gray. Above all, you're a problem solver who is highly motivated to see the impact and potential in given projects for the Ace brand overall.What You'll Do Responsible for the concept and design of various omni-channel communications, from intake through to deliveryCollaborates with Creative Manager, peers, partners, and production team to identify project needs, produce compelling concepts, and deliver finished product to support the brand objectiveDemonstrates the ability to push ideas, innovate, evolve the brand, and make suggestions pertaining to the identification of critical elements and alternatives to implement the most appropriate solutionManage your own workload, keep projects tasks on time and keeping Creative Manager and account managers up to date on project statusesStrong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects. Adheres to all standards and SOPs, including processes, file naming conventions, artwork release methods, appropriate electronic filing of artwork on server, and working effectively in our project management systemApplies broad knowledge of workflows, digital asset management, problem solving, designing and quality control to handle assigned projects with minimal supervisionWorks on projects that are moderately complex to high concept and non-routine but can also jump in to support peers and help move along production jobsStay abreast of the latest trends, cultural movements, and creative expressions.Who You Are As a Graphic Designer, I bring creative concepts to life across a variety of marketing channels, from direct mail and digital campaigns to trade show environments and corporate branding.
