Job Description

Full-Time Nanny Needed  – Ann Arbor, MI 

A professional family is seeking a full-time, experienced, and nurturing nanny to care for their almost 1-year-old child. The ideal candidate is reliable, engaging, and has a strong background in infant and toddler care.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay-$25-$32
• Paid via payroll or cash, depending on nanny’s preference
• 2 weeks paid vacation (1 week chosen by the family, 1 by the nanny)
• 3–5 paid sick/personal days
• Paid major holidays off

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Guaranteed 40 Hours Per Week

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving care to the child throughout the day
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities
• Prepare and feed healthy meals and snacks
• Maintain the child’s nap and feeding schedule
• Change diapers and assist with potty training as needed
• Clean up after meals and playtime
• Light child-related housekeeping (tidying play areas, washing bottles, etc.)
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and structured environment

Qualifications:

• At least 7-10 years of experience caring for infants and young children
• Warm, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain structure and routines
• Excellent communication skills with both child and parents
• Reliable transportation to and from the home (no driving of the child required)
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 preferred
• Able to provide 3-5 professional references
• Must have U.S. work authorization

Additional Details:

• No pets in the home
• No driving of the child is required during work hours
• Parking is available for the nanny
• No travel required
• No pool or special medical needs
