Front Desk Clerk Location Albany, OR : The Albany Rodeway Inn Hotel is hiring for a Part time Front Desk Clerk for a day shift and a night auditer . We are looking for someone who can provide great customer service to our guests and to be an integral part of our team! High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel and hospitality experience preferred. The right candidate must have excellent organizational, telephone and computer skills. Have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and have problem-solving skills. Be able to work without immediate supervision. Have good interpersonal skills. Must be courteous, tactful and have patient manner with other associates, management, and guests. Responsibilities are answering and transferring phone calls, checking guests in and out of the hotel, handling payments, taking reservations and interacting with guests to provide the best quality service possible. Adaptability and willingness to do a variety of tasks including making coffee, stocking products and cleaning of the lobby and common area. Must have a flexible schedule to be able to work weekends and Holidays. We are offering 20-25 hours per week.
