FIRE SPRINKLER TECHNICIANS (MEDFORD, MA & AGAWAM, MA)

Our client is currently seeking Fire Sprinkler Technicians for locations in Medford, MA, and Agawam, MA.

This position entails servicing, inspecting, and repairing sprinkler systems and fire pumps for established customers on a scheduled basis. Responsibilities include conducting service calls, systems testing, and inspections to the prescribed standards, performing on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs, identifying code issues and non-conformance problems, and preparing accurate and timely service tickets and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled service calls to the customer's satisfaction.
• Test and inspect fire sprinkler systems and fire pumps.
• Carry out on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs.
• Participate in on-call shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Prepare accurate and timely service tickets and reports.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of applicable fire codes and regulations.
• MA and/or RI sprinkler license required, CT license preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills.
