Commercial Roofing EstimatorAre you a skilled Commercial Roofing Estimator looking for an opportunity with competitive pay, strong benefits, and an aggressive commission structure? Our client, a leading commercial roofing company, is seeking an experienced estimator to join their team.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects ranging from $3M to $10M in awarded bids per year.
Specialize in flat roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, and PVC, with additional experience in metal, built-up, and large-scale commercial shingle roofs.
Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and site conditions to develop precise cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best pricing.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator, with a strong track record of awarded bids.
Knowledge of various commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
Aggressive commission plan
