We’re seeking an energetic and dependable Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our team and support the execution of promotional events, marketing activations, and community outreach initiatives. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the event and marketing space— no planning or coordination responsibilities required .

As an Event Assistant, you'll work on-site at events to ensure smooth operations, provide support to team leads, and help create a positive, engaging experience for attendees.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics as directed by event coordinators or managers

• Greet and engage with event attendees in a friendly and professional manner

• Distribute promotional materials, giveaways, or informational content

• Support team members in executing event activities and maintaining a high level of organization

• Follow instructions closely to ensure all event components run smoothly

• Represent the company brand positively at all times during events
