About the Role

The District Retail Sales Manager will serve as our Brand Ambassador responsible for servicing 60-120 Walmart and other retailers in assigned area by merchandising, selling, maintaining displays, reordering product, and promoting new and current products to ensure a positive shopping experience for our loyal consumers.

Who You Are

• CPG (Food) industry experience equivalence preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience calling on Walmart Stores in a CPG sales merchandising role.
• Seeking a full-time CPG sales career.
• Enjoy sales and in-store merchandising.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive history of working independently, self-starter.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 7 overnights monthly.
• General computer skills using Microsoft Office.
• Reliable vehicle with clean driving record.
• Pass drug screen.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long hours, drive for 2 hours, walk most of the day and ability to build approved retail in-store displays.

  What You Will Do

• Visit 8-12 retail stores daily in assigned Knoxville and surrounding areas
• Develop positive working relationships with grocery managers in assigned stores.
• Ensure Tony Chachere’s products are positioned correctly on shelf and aligned with current modular.
• Sell and build in-store display features.
• Utilize Tablet (computer) for selling and managing product line in stores.
• Tony Chachere Brand Ambassador to retail store managers and consumers.
• Frequent communication with supervisor and team members.
