Lead HR communications to ensure clarity, transparency, and employee engagement across the organization.
Drive optimization of Paylocity (HRIS) to streamline processes, improve reporting, and maximize system capabilities.
Build and develop a growing HR department, providing leadership, mentorship, and direction.
Manage employee relations escalations with fairness, empathy, and consistency.
Oversee the performance management process, including reviews, coaching frameworks, and feedback mechanisms.
Partner with executive leadership to help scale the business, aligning HR strategies with organizational growth objectives.
Define and implement HR standard operating procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability as the company expands.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) strongly preferred.
10+ years of HR leadership experience, with proven success leading teams and driving organizational growth.
Experience in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing industries highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
This position is located in King of Prussia, PA and offers a flexible hybrid working model.
