The Role

We're looking for a Digital Marekting Specialist to lead innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns that fuel our customer acquisition and business growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics and can take full ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and optimization. You'll partner closely with our creative team to develop high-performing ad assets and continuously refine performance across channels. Your work will have a direct impact on scaling our growth engine and driving measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Lead campaign strategy and execution across multiple advertising platforms.
• Develop and optimize audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and efficiency.
• Analyze full-funnel performance data, using insights from website analytics to guide optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and messaging to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to align visuals and messaging for maximum impact.
• Provide data-driven feedback to designers and copywriters to refine ad creative and boost conversions.
• Optimize budgets across channels to maximize ROI and performance efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members, supporting their development and contributing to a culture of growth.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on optimization and performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign structuring, and analytics tools.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop and test high-impact ad creative.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Excellent communication skills to translate performance insights into actionable creative guidance.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Emerging leadership skills, with a desire to mentor and share knowledge.
• A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.

Benefits & Compensation

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $65,000 - $68,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
