Digital Marketing Manager - Kids Dental Brands

The Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with both the digital and marketing teams to expand our digital presence, maximize search visibility, optimize paid media, and improve conversion rates across both digital and physical sales channels. You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness and profitability of all digital campaigns.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:
Identify, explore, and test emerging media channels (such as Connected TV) to ensure we are reaching the right audiences effectively.
Partner with the Senior Digital Manager and Director of Marketing to develop and execute innovative campaign strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to provide leadership with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Incorporate AI tools and technologies into campaigns to improve efficiency, targeting, and overall impact.
Stay current on digital marketing trends and platforms, proactively presenting new ideas to keep the team ahead of the curve.
Compensation and Schedule
Salary: $75,000 to $92,000 depending on experience
Schedule: Hybrid role. Mondays and Tuesdays on-site
