Dental Front Office: 

• Capitol Hill, Seattle | Full-Time
• $22 – $32 per hour, based on skills and experience
• Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break, 12:00 – 1:00 PM)
• Mondays are half days with dedicated additional administrative time to catch up on administrative tasks

Fresh Smile Seattle , a privately owned, fee-for-service dental practice , is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance efficiency, and provide an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling & front desk operations to ensure efficiency and an exceptional patient experience
• Coordinate financials, including treatment estimates, payment plans, and patient AR
• Oversee insurance claims and AR – currently outsourced but could be handled in-house depending on experience and skills
• Track and manage patient AR, ensuring timely collections and clear financial communication
• Clearly explain insurance benefits to help patients understand their coverage
• Handle patient communication, including emails, phone calls, and text messaging
• Coordinate with specialist offices for referrals and patient follow-ups
• Maintain patient records & utilize Oryx practice management software
• Monitor production goals and optimize appointment scheduling
• Stay on top of daily administrative tasks, with Mondays providing additional time to catch up

Who You Are:

• 1+ year of experience in dental front office management
• Highly organized & detail-oriented – you thrive in a structured environment
• A strong communicator – clear, confident, and patient-focused
• Friendly and professional – patients feel valued from the moment they arrive
• Business-minded – you balance patient care with practice efficiency
• Familiar with dental insurance billing, claims processing, and AR management
• Tech-savvy, with experience in Oryx or other dental software
