Position: Dental Assistant Responsibilities: Greet patients with a warm smile and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Complete necessary forms and documentation with attention to detail. Train with and support Dental Assistants as needed (seating patients, setting up and breaking down clinical operatories). Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs Assist the dentist with 4-handed dentistry Keep treatment rooms, sterilization, and lab areas clean and organized Manage lab cases to ensure timely delivery Clearly communicate with patients and front desk staff about treatment Assist with inventory and supply management Stay proactive to help the practice run smoothly and efficiently Sterilization and treatment room preparation. Chair side assisting for a variety of general dentistry procedures. An ideal candidate must: Current x-ray certification and BLS certification. Ensure patient comfort and establish patient relationships. Ability to quickly learn and retain new skills. Collaborate with our team and work independently. Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and dentists. Digital proficiency and ability to adapt to new technology. Positive and glowing personality.
