We have a large lineup of Delta and Alternative Cannabinoid, and CBD products, sold throughout the US and Internationally.

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team, specialising in cannabinoid, hemp, and vaping products. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supports the Account Executives in managing their accounts and responding to clients’ needs
  • Achieves assigned performance goals and objectives as set by management. Also, manages a finite number of active customers as defined by management.
  • Develops new leads by utilizing all available resources, including referrals, web and other electronic media.
  • Maximizes current customer potential by using all available resources, including but not limited to CRM contact and data mining tools, purchase analysis to determine growth opportunities, regular contact with owners and key decision makers, developing and leveraging relationships, maintaining current knowledge of new product and market developments.
  • Documents all relevant account activity in the CRM or other appropriate areas.
  • Represents the company in a highly professional manner and in accordance with the company's code of conduct and ethics.
  • Maintains a current working knowledge of local markets and tailors sales strategy to customers within these markets.
  • Maintains current product knowledge and computer technical skills.
  • Maintains positive working relationships with territory development managers, customer support and other internal departments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the cannabinoid, hemp, or vaping industries, is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate client needs and sales events.
