About the Role
We’re hiring a Fractional Creative Director / CMO to lead our visual identity, brand storytelling, and day-to-day marketing content. This is a lean-start, production-heavy role with room to evolve into strategic creative leadership.
You’ll report to the Integrator (Managing Partner) and act as our go-to resource for brand expression and market education. This means making — not just managing — the creative that fuels our growth: social content, digital assets, light video, and more. You’ll also help structure the brand ecosystem and funnels that attract both top-tier talent and high-value hiring clients.
What You’ll Do
Creative Execution (Core Scope)Design marketing graphics, social media content, and digital assets weekly
Own and manage Ambassador’s social media calendar across 5+ channels
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (visual, tonal, and structural)
Build and manage reusable templates in Canva or Adobe
Create and organize shareable visuals for client and candidate engagement
Support featured candidate promo and campaign assets
Provide light design support for email, job descriptions, and pitch decks
Perform brand audits and contribute to refining messaging over time
Translate broad positioning into bite-sized visual content
Provide input on campaign, funnel, and channel performance
Recommend optimizations across marketing workflows
Manage freelance creatives or vendors, if/as needed

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Creative Director, Brand Designer, or Marketing Lead
Strong portfolio of modern, clean, professional design work
Skilled in turning brand principles into modular, scalable content
Ability to own both design + delivery — hands-on production required
Experience working with founder-led or early-growth teams
Comfort working with minimal supervision and limited inputs
Alignment and enthusiasm for our mission, vision, and values
