Summary

We’re on the hunt for a visionary Creative Director to lead and inspire our talented creative team, shape our brand identity, and bring bold ideas to life.
As Creative Director, you’ll be the driving force behind the creative vision of our brand. You will lead a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to deliver compelling campaigns and visual storytelling that connect with our audience and reflect our core values.

Duties

Creative Leadership:
Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all creative output aligns with the brand’s goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the overarching creative strategy and vision.
Inspire and mentor the creative team, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Brand Development & Management:
Ensure consistent, high-quality, and on-brand messaging across all visual assets, including digital, print, video, and social media.
Develop and refine the company’s brand identity, ensuring all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and reflects our company values.

Campaign Conceptualization & Execution:
Lead the creative direction of major campaigns and projects, working closely with marketing, product, and other departments.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, website design, social media content, email marketing, advertisements, presentations, and more.

Collaboration & Communication:
Work cross-functionally with other departments (Marketing, Product, Sales, etc.) to ensure creative efforts are aligned with broader business goals.
Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and other partners when necessary.

Team Management & Development:
Supervise and guide a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
Provide constructive feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support team members’ professional growth and development.

Quality Control & Innovation:
Maintain high standards of quality for all creative deliverables, ensuring all work is fresh, innovative, and cutting-edge.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying new ideas and techniques to improve creative output.

Requirements

Experience:
2+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management position.
Proven experience leading creative teams and successfully executing large-scale creative projects.

Skills & Expertise:
Strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision, design expertise, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), video editing software (Premiere, After Effects, etc.), and other industry-standard tools.
Exceptional understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design and storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think outside the box.
