We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven Corporate Partnership Manager to lead our pre-sale efforts and build lasting relationships that will set the foundation for success in this thriving community. As our Corporate Partnership Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of establishing and nurturing key partnerships that will drive growth, excitement, and energy as we open the doors to a brand-new gym that’s destined to become the best fitness hub in Tehachapi. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Charge: Develop and execute innovative pre-sale strategies that generate buzz, build excitement, and establish powerful corporate partnerships, putting our new gym on the map.
• Partnership Building: Identify and secure meaningful partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community members who align with the Anytime Fitness mission. Your goal? Bring them into our fitness family!
• Sales & Marketing Magic: Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling offers, promotions, and partnerships that will make everyone in the community want to be a part of the Anytime Fitness journey.
• Community Engagement: Be the face of Anytime Fitness in Tehachapi. Attend local events, networking opportunities, and build strong ties with the community to ensure our gym is seen as the go-to fitness destination.
• Track and Achieve Success: Monitor partnership progress, track performance, and share results with leadership to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding all goals. You’ll be the key to our success!

What We’re Looking For:

• Driven & Creative: You thrive on building relationships and love making connections that lead to big wins. You’re a go-getter with a passion for community and fitness!
• Experience: Ideally, you’ve got a background in sales, fitness experience is a plus, but not a must. Most importantly, you know how to connect and get people excited!
• Great Communicator: Whether it's negotiating a deal or giving a presentation to a local business, you can communicate effectively and build rapport with people at all levels.
• Self-Starter: You don’t wait for opportunities to come to you—you go after them! You can work independently, set goals, and drive results.
• Community Knowledge: Familiarity with Tehachapi is a huge plus. You understand the local business landscape and how to make a meaningful impact in the area.
