Responsibilities of Superintendent :

* Oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish
* Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
* Maintain a safe work environment for all team members
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project

Essential Job Functions of Superintendent :

* 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions
* Experience with project management software
* Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the industry
