Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial and accounting operations for our company. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, risk management, and compliance while driving profitability and operational efficiency. Additionally, this role will play a key part in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), leading financial due diligence and integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in food production, manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods (CPG), with a strong background in financial leadership, cost management, and growth strategy.

• Salary: $200-$265K

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in food production, manufacturing, or CPG.
• Proven experience in financial operations, cost management, and M&A.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and industry compliance standards.
• Experience managing financial operations in a multi-facility, high-volume production environment.
• Excellent leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Excel modeling.
