Position Overview:
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Car Wash Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and develop a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and service quality
Hire, train, and lead a team of attendants and shift leaders
Monitor equipment and coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance
Manage inventory and chemical supplies
Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols
Drive membership sales, upselling, and customer satisfaction initiatives
Analyze site performance and report to upper management
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the facility
Qualifications:
2+ years of management or supervisory experience (car wash or retail preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Problem-solving mindset and mechanical aptitude
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
