  • Provide support, coaching, and accountability to staff to maintain high-performance standards.

  • Lead by example in delivering top-tier customer service and strict adherence to compliance.

Internal Controls & Compliance

  • Uphold all local, state, and gaming regulations and internal company policies.

  • Work closely with the accounting and security teams to report suspicious activity and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Ensure secure storage and handling of cash, chips, and sensitive documents.

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between cage operations and other departments.

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with staff, supervisors, security, accounting, and leadership.

  • Participate in ongoing fraud prevention and operational meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years in a cage, bank teller, cash office, or similar high-volume cash handling role (management or lead preferred).

  • Exceptional attention to detail — must be able to detect forged checks, fraudulent patterns, or inconsistencies quickly and accurately.

  • Strong interpersonal and clear verbal communication skills — must be comfortable directing staff and coordinating across departments.

  • Proficient with POS systems, check verification tools, and basic computer software.

  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Nevada Gaming Card before starting.

  • High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and accountability.

  • Willingness to complete a 3-week training program to learn proprietary systems and fraud-prevention protocols.

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Full-time onsite role, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

  • Standing for extended periods and working in a high-security, monitored environment is expected.
