Job Description
Captura Hall is seeking a dynamic and energetic Brand Ambassador to represent our clients and communicate their value directly to customers and the public. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our campaigns, helping promote products, engage with potential customers, and enhance brand recognition in various settings.
Responsibilities
Represent client brands professionally at events, promotions, and in public spaces
Engage with customers to provide product information and generate excitement
Distribute promotional materials and samples when needed
Report customer feedback and insights to the marketing team
Assist with setup and breakdown of marketing displays
Maintain brand consistency and follow company guidelines
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is a plus)
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or promotional roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when needed
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
