Bilingual Warehouse Manager to oversee the warehouse operations in

Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: DoE
Schedule: Monday-Friday – 7 am - 3:30 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm Position Summary: The Warehouse Manager will oversee the full scope of warehouse operations including packing, product assembly, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate is a proactive, quality-focused leader with a strong understanding of warehouse workflow, inventory movement, and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Packing - Ensure all products are packed correctly and securely according to company and customer standards
- Implement and maintain quality control checks during the packing process
- Monitor packaging supplies and coordinate with purchasing to maintain adequate stock
Assembly - Supervise light assembly operations for display components
- Ensure assembly procedures follow specifications and deadlines
- Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve any assembly issues
Shipping - Plan and manage outgoing shipments to meet customer delivery timelines
- Oversee proper labeling, documentation, and loading of shipments
- Work with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and resolve any shipping delays
Receiving - Oversee incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect for damage
- Manage accurate logging and storage of incoming inventory and supplies
- Coordinate with other departments for timely material distribution
General Warehouse Operations - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse team members
- Monitor performance and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehouse management, ideally with exposure to packing, assembly, shipping, and receiving.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proactive and solutions-oriented
- Detail- and quality-focused
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
