Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Bankruptcy Legal Assistant for our client in Los Angeles, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a prestigious global law firm, supporting top-tier attorneys in high-level bankruptcy litigation.

• Location: Los Angeles, CA
• Pay: $95,000–$105,000 annually
• Shifts Available: Hybrid – 4 work-from-home days per month

What You’ll Do:

• Draft, format, and finalize legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• File legal documents with courts while managing strict deadlines
• Serve as liaison with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel
• Manage attorney calendars and coordinate litigation activities
• Prepare billing and expense documentation for legal teams

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of litigation experience, ideally in bankruptcy law
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software (iManage)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and proofreading skills
• Deep understanding of legal terminology and court procedures
