Job Description

Bank Teller/CSR We are looking for a Teller/Customer Service Representative to provide the most efficient, courteous, and professional banking services possible for all customers. Responsibilities:

• Carry out transactions quickly and accurately.
• Count back the correct cash during a transaction.
• Greet customers.
• Have the knowledge to use and look up needed information in Phoenix.
• Count, verify, and prepare money received from the FED to go to the vault.
• Roll coins brought in from customers in a timely manner.
• Help record and enter the night drop.
• Redeem and sell products such as bonds (redeem only), money orders, Visa Travel Money Cards, and Visa Gift Cards to customers.
• Help customers with their safe deposit boxes as well as keep safe deposit box cards updated.
• Branch Capturing.
• Answering phones.
• Wire transfers and wire verification.
• Help with a variety of customer service roles.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or cash handling preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
