Big Daddy Bagels in Boulder, CO is looking for one baker to join our 19 person strong team. We are located on 4800 Baseline Rd Ste. B 101. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mix and blend batters
• Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
• Complete morning make
• Prepare and maintain inventory
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
• Meet dough production needs
• Be an early riser (the shift started between 2 and 3 am)

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
• Experience as a Baker a plus
• Reliable transportation
• sense of urgency and reliability
• This is a labor intensive job and will require you to be able to lift 50lbs.
