What You’ll Do as a Sales Trainee :
Engage directly with customers in a retail setting to promote and sell AT&T products and services.
Learn to identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
Deliver product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of AT&T services .
Attend regular training sessions to sharpen your sales and product knowledge.
Report daily activities and sales progress to your supervisor.
Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales goals.
What We’re Looking for in a Sales Trainee:
Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
Willingness to learn new technology and software tools.
Problem-solving skills and a strong customer-first mindset.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
